Our history

2009

Madwire® founded by father and son, Joe and JB Kellogg, with the mission of “making a difference” (hence: m.a.d.) by helping small businesses grow and their local communities glow.

2010

Started working with small businesses in a service-based capacity to deeply understand their needs with regards to managing and growing their business.

2012

Started designing the first version of the Marketing 360® platform to address the needs of small businesses via a singular platform.

2014

Launched the first version of the Marketing 360® platform, which primarily included small business marketing and reporting tools. Surpassed 2,500 active customers.

2016

Launched the second version of the Marketing 360® platform, which included the CRM and many other business management tools. Surpassed 5,000 active customers.

2017

Recognized as a Glassdoor #1 Best Place to Work, Colorado Biz Top 50 Family Owned Company and Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company (multiple years).

2018

Acquired Silveredge, adding small business payment solutions to the platform. Surpassed 10,000 active customers.

2019

Acquired Spacecraft, adding a powerful and easy-to-use website builder to the platform. Surpassed 20,000 active customers.

2020

Launched the third version of the Marketing 360® platform, which included robust payment features, an enhanced user experience and many more powerfully integrated business management and marketing tools.
